Andrew Raine - Creative Director/Business Development

Based in Toronto, Canada, Andrew has over 20 years of agency experience in creative brand development and positioning. He brings a wide range of experience to the table. Andrew assists organizations and corporations with the implementation and execution of multi-media, design, social media, blockchain, radio, and international campaigns. He has worked with many properties across the Caribbean, such as Jade Mountain Resort, Anse Chastanet, and The Gansevoort Turks and Caicos.  Andrew has developed innovative marketing programs and display offerings for major Canadian and US retailers including CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, LCBO, Petro Canada, Deloitte, Xerox, Price Water Cooper, and Bridgestone. He has recently launched SodePop, the first NFT digital block convention.

Jason Gordon - Public Relations, Sales & Marketing

As a successful multi-hyphenate, Jason skillfully navigates the worlds of destination public relations, marketing and promotions.Working with numerous global hoteliers (including: Minor International PCL, Marriott International, etc.), Jason launched numerous initiatives that provided global and regional messaging pertaining to the products and services of their properties. Jason’s deep ties to broadcast, entertainment and travel news media continues to provide hotels and resorts invaluable access to targeted audiences via individualized media familiarization trips, celebrity vacations & major market journalist visits. Additionally, Jason collaborates with numerous travel agencies to promote the offerings of his destination, hotel and resort clients.

As part of his marketing prowess, Jason works with local hotel reservations and sales teams by providing consumer retention guidance as well as ensuring that the guest experience far exceeds the expectations which are promoted in advertising and marketing. Jason also works with numerous broadcast outlets to promote his clients via trip giveaways and media launches. Jason also promotes his clients via trade shows and consumer-centric events.

Promoting leading class hotels, resorts and destinations has been a passion of Jason’s since 1993. Jason only works with clients whom he believes in as his motivation for the consumer to experience the very best is paramount.

Victoria Cranmer - Promotions, Brand Marketing and Management

Victoria launched Paradise Promotions thirteen years ago after a successful seven year career as the Promotions & Brand Director at New Century Marketing. She worked on accounts such as the Barbados Tourism Authority, Guyana Tourism Authority and Jetwing Hotels. Victoria has twenty year’s experience in travel and the Caribbean. Victoria is also constantly adapting to the needs of a changing market and technologies, to ensure each client is always at the forefront of the media, the travel trade and the consumer minds.

Saalihah Ali - Events and Marketing, Social Media

Saalihah Ali is the Social Media Manager for Crazics developing social media marketing plans and programs. She creates plans that encompass tactics, strategies, content creation, engagement and measurement of success. Saalihah has proven her ability to generate high ROI for her clients through her impressive and innovative skill set.

Saalihah is also well-versed in hospitality marketing and communications - with an emphasis on brand representation. This experience continues to be of great value to her clients via in-person trade and consumer-focused travel shows & conventions, brand promotions and event training. Additionally, she manages travel industry familiarization trips for her travel industry clients.

Saalihah’s desire for her clients to succeed is demonstrated through her ability to confidently guide them towards the right approach for their endeavors. She is not satisfied with her efforts until both her client and the consumer are genuinely happy.
